This is nice but misses the step of turning to your neighbour, and then (perhaps) re-polling before going through the explanation.

Nice, but I think that the links in your blogs should to another window, not the same. What does it mean (1-3, 2-5, 1 min) in the concept test? Is that the time for reading, thinking and answering?
